Thank you for your purchase! At Rodsant-arte, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your artwork. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Original Artwork
Due to the unique and personalized nature of original artwork, we do not offer refunds on purchases of original paintings. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork to discuss your concerns. We may, on a case-by-case basis, offer a partial refund or exchange if the artwork arrives damaged.
2. Prints and Reproductions
We accept returns for prints or reproductions within 14 days of receipt if the item is defective or damaged during shipping. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days, and the item must be returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork or print arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or full refund for the damaged item.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us at art@rodsant-arte.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. After approval, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.
6. Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for items purchased outside of the specified return window or for custom-made or commissioned artwork.
